Did you know National Chocolate Chip Day was this past Saturday?! One of my fav things in life – CHOCOLATE!!!

As my entry for the #elfchocolatechipcontest I made some yummy (Sunflower Pumpkin & Goji) Seed & Berry Chocolate Bark.
If you ever want a quick, healthier for you chocolate treat that not only tastes amazing and fills that sweet craving, but will also impress … whip up some Chocolate Bark!
Pumpkin seed benefits:

Seed & Berry Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz Bag of Chocolate Chips Enjoy Life and Nestle Simple are top 8 free
- 1/2 C Sunflower Seeds Go Raw are nut and soy free
- 1/2 C Pumpkin Seeds Go Raw are nut and soy free
- 1/2 C Dried Goji Berries Made in Nature are nut and gluten free
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, heat for :30 at a time, stirring between each :30 until melted smooth.
Pour melted chocolate onto the parchment covered baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread the chocolate out evenly.
Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and goji berries evenly across chocolate.
Sprinkle the sea salt evenly across the chocolate.
Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator and let it chill until set, about 20 minutes.
Once solid, remove from the fridge and break into uneven pieces. Serve and enjoy.
