This trick right here I even hesitate to call a recipe because you only use one ingredient – ha! However, sometimes when we are feeling the need for some sweetness we will sprinkle our bacon with brown sugar. Try it, you might not only like it, you just may love it!
Our family LOVES bacon! Loves! Bacon! We have made it throughout the years, but it’s always a little messy with some greasy aftermath, and takes some babysitting.
I learned this little trick from my sister-in-law years ago, and now it’s the only way I will make bacon. It comes out perfect every time, is low mess, and low stress.
Literally just preheat your oven to 350, place a single layer of bacon on a foil lined baking sheet, and bake for 40-50 minutes depending on your level of crispiness.
Just make sure that when you remove the pan from the oven, that you immediately transfer the bacon to a paper towel lined plate to let excess grease release onto the paper towels, otherwise it will actually soak up more grease as it sits in the baking pan.
