I have been making this smoothie recipe for years. When I use it with working out, I will add a scoop of protein mix to it as well. If you can’t have sunflower seed butter, you can mix in any nut butter substitute and it will be delicious. It is yummy, healthy, super easy, and it tastes like a treat!


Chunky Monkey Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup Silk Oat Yeah Oatmilk, Vanilla
- 1 banana
- 1 T sunflower seed butter
