What Kind of Cheese to Use | Store-Bought Grated or Grate by the Block

You “can” use the pre-grated cheese from the store and it will turn out fine, however, if you want high quality cheese dip you really want to avoid this as it has anti-caking agents and leaves a starchiness to the dip. Take the extra few minutes to grate cheese from a block of Colby Jack or other cheese, and you will love the end result much more!
