Roasted Asparagus

So you guys… I have a little secret to share… we pretty much make all our veggies the same exact way – AND. WE. LOVE. IT!

We toss them in grape seed oil, add a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and bake them! It is so good every time!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus bottoms cut about 2-3 inches
  • grapeseed or other favorite oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400. Place asparagus in even layer on baking sheet. Drizzle about 1/4 C of oil on asparagus. Sprinkle about 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/8 tsp pepper (or to your liking). Toss with hands, and then arrange back into even layer. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the tips of the asparagus are gently crisped (they will look black and crispy). Remove, let cool a few minutes before serving.
