The Best Gluten Free French Toast

Friends!!! I’m so excited to share this with you. I am a lover of French Toast! Is that even proper English?! Ha!! I do. I love French Toast! Now even if you are not gluten free, the great thing about this recipe is that I use a bread that has a perfect density, so that you don’t get that unwanted sinking in the middle of your toast!

I use this brand from WalMart. It does contain egg.

This is a simple recipe, but we love it and it’s been our go to for years. It’s super quick and easy. If you’ve been following my blog you probably know by now that I am not overly fancy. I love to have amazing things, fun things, but always love simple!

You can literally whip up the batter in less than 5 minutes while the griddle is warming up, dip your bread and get it cooking with breakfast on the table in 10 minutes. Also, we love to have it for dinner… brinner for the win!
