What to Eat at Disneyland with Food Allergies
More than being in Disneyland, we LOVE to EAT our way through Disneyland! Disneyland has some of the best meals, snacks, desserts and drinks, but it also has so many that are allergy friendly options!
The cast members are beyond helpful, and you can ask to see labels at any of the many food carts, ask to speak to a chef or someone who is knowledgeable about the ingredients or how the food is prepared or may be cross contaminated.

Natural & Healthy Options
Unless you have a specific fruit allergy, there are several fruit stands and you can almost count on one being available in almost every part of the park. Some stands have standard red apples, green apples, oranges and bananas, but several of the carts also have additional choices such as strawberries (comes with an ingredient labeled tub of chocolate dipping sauce processed at Disneyland Resorts), sliced watermelon, whole dill pickles, pineapple spears, red grapes, and sliced apples (comes with an ingredient labeled tub of caramel dipping sauce processed at Disneyland Resorts).
Pre-Packaged Drinks & Snacks
There are some other pre-packaged labeled options throughout the parks such as brand name Mini Babybel Cheese, Sabra Hummus and Pretzels, Lay’s Classic Potato Chips, Nacho Cheese Dorito’s, Crunchy, Brother’s All Natural Freeze Dried Apple Slices, Cheeto’s, Simply Orange Juice, Simply Lemonade, Minute Maid Apple Juice.
Most of these options are healthy and natural, although there are some junk food options.
What I love as a food allergy mom most about these food carts, is that especially the initial anxiety of eating out in such a busy new place is that these foods are either natural from the earth, come with labels and prepared onsite, or are even pre-packages foods that we are familiar with from “the real world”. Especially for those with multiple food allergies or those that haven’t actively eaten away from home often with food allergies, it’s a nice way to dip your toes in the water!
