How to Make a $2 Christmas Card Display in 2 Minutes

I love to have beautiful, classy, nice things in my home. I also like to work smarter not harder. While for many things I’m willing to pay for certain nice things, often times I really like to get a good deal and save where I can.

As a food allergy family, we pay a high price for our allergy safe items. Take gluten-free flour measure-for-measure blend, for example, it’s sometimes 3x the cost of traditional all-purpose flour!

So, for many years, I have used this simple, cute, quick and easy way of displaying my Christmas Cards. I get compliments on it every year. Everyone always asks, “wait a second, did you just tie ribbon up there?!” They think it’s beautiful and are in awe of how simple it is!

You can do this on as few or as many cabinet doors as you’d like. You could even save the ribbon and re-use it each year. Alternately you could buy new ribbon, and switch up your decor with this simple addition.

I get my ribbon at Dollar Tree, WalMart or Joann’s. I have even bought some off Amazon. I get my clothespins from Dollar Tree and WalMart, but I’m sure you can find them at many other stores or online (think Amazon, for instance).

So there you have it! Super simple, yet beautiful. You could even use this throughout the year, with other colors and designs of ribbon, to hang children’s school art and work!

Merry Christmas, from Food Allergy P.I. where I’ve got you covered for all things Food, Family & Fun! Remember friends – be safe, have fun & don’t hesitate, investigate!
