Chunky Monkey Smoothie

I have been making this smoothie recipe for years. When I use it with working out, I will add a scoop of protein mix to it as well. If you can’t have sunflower seed butter, you can mix in any nut butter substitute and it will be delicious. It is yummy, healthy, super easy, and it tastes like a treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup Silk Oat Yeah Oatmilk, Vanilla
  • 1 banana
  • 1 T sunflower seed butter

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth, and enjoy!
