Everything But the Bagel Sourdough Crackers

Ingredients

Sourdough Cracker Base

  • 1 C Sourdough Starter Discard
  • 1/4 C Salted Butter, melted
  • 2 T Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

  • 3 T Garlic Flakes
  • 3 T Onion Flakes
  • 3 T Black Sesame Seeds
  • 3 T Regular Sesame Seeds
  • 2 T Poppy Seeds
  • 1 T Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix sourdough discard with butter until well combined. Spread a thin layer on a parchment covered baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle Everything But the Bagel seasoning on top of sourdough layer. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cut desired cracker shapes. Return to over and bake for an additional 22-27 minutes, or until a light golden brown.
