
Get about 4 cups of full pretzel twists that are not broken and set aside. Using a double boiler or microwave on :30 increments, stirring each time in-between, melt your chocolate with the oil. Next, dip your pretzels one by one, and set them on a wax paper covered cookie sheet. I like to use a toothpick or fork to help me flip and lift them to the tray. You can also use a spatula, to gently drag the pretzel across before laying on the wax paper covered cookie sheet, to remove excess chocolate. Let set in fridge for about 10-15 minutes and remove as soon as the chocolate is set up. You can serve them on a tray, in portions divided and placed in muffin baking papers, or even in cellophane bags and tied with a ribbon!
