Virgin Piña Colada

I love a cold virgin drink when it’s hot out and I’m poolside or at the beach! Those fruity drinks are so much fun!

I don’t drink alcohol, and that makes this mix all the better because it’s family friendly!

This is seriously the yummiest Piña Colada I’ve ever had!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter cream of coconut AKA crema de coconut find it in the liquor area or near the juices
  • 2 liters pineapple juice
  • 1 14 oz can of evaporated milk
  • Ice
  • Optional garnish: whipped cream cherries, pineapple wedges

Instructions

  1. Mix the crema de coconut, pineapple juice and evaporated milk in a large pitcher. Fill your blender with ice, and pour mixture over ice til just barely covers ice. Blend til smooth and texture to your liking.
  2. I keep the mixture in my fridge for about 3-5 Days and can make smaller servings while it lasts!
