Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits per can), quartered Annie's or Grand's Biscuits
  • 1 8oz Jar of Pizza Sauce 1 C homemade
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • Toppings (optional): Pepperoni, Ham, Pineapple, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Quarter biscuits and place in large mixing bowl. Pour in sauce and 1 C cheese. Mix until biscuit pieces well coated. Pour into baking dish, and spread evenly.

    Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese evenly on top of biscuit mixture.

    Top as desired (pepperoni etc.).

    Bake for 30-35 minutes at 375°.
