Seed & Berry Chocolate Bark

  • 1 10 oz Bag of Chocolate Chips Enjoy Life and Nestle Simple are top 8 free
  • 1/2 C Sunflower Seeds Go Raw are nut and soy free
  • 1/2 C Pumpkin Seeds Go Raw are nut and soy free
  • 1/2 C Dried Goji Berries Made in Nature are nut and gluten free
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt


  1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, heat for :30 at a time, stirring between each :30 until melted smooth.

    Pour melted chocolate onto the parchment covered baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread the chocolate out evenly.

    Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and goji berries evenly across chocolate.

    Sprinkle the sea salt evenly across the chocolate.

    Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator and let it chill until set, about 20 minutes.

    Once solid, remove from the fridge and break into uneven pieces. Serve and enjoy.
