Chocolate Marshmallow Chunk Fudge

  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows


  1. Grease an 8x8 baking dish. Combine the chocolate and condensed milk in a medium bowl. Heat in a microwave or a double boiler until can stir through smooth. Fold in the marshmallows. Spread into the baking dish. Chill in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or til set. Bring back to room temperature setting on a countertop, and then cut into squares.
