Select your favorite fruit jam, jelly, spread or paste of choice. Schmear on enough to cover the top of the cracker, followed by a schmear of cheese. The selections that I used and paired in my Charcuterie & Cheese Board were:
Plum Fruit Paste with Kaukauna® Sharp Cheddar a gluten free garlic & herb cracker
Apricot Fruit Paste with Kaukauna® Sharp & Swiss on a whole wheat cracker
Fig Fruit Paste with Kaukauna® Port Wine on a gluten free bagel chip cracker
