Ingredients

  • 12 gluten free or allergy friendly ice cream sugar cones
  • 1 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 3 oz bottle of fall colored sprinkles
  • 36 gluten free or allergy friendly pretzel sticks

Instructions

  1. Set cones upside down on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Cut off abotu 1/1/2"-2" of the narrow closed end to allow for the pretzels to fit.

In a medium sized bowl, melt the chocolate chips either using a double boiler method or in the microwave just til stirred smooth.

Place the sprinkles in a small bowl.

Dip the wide opening of the cone into the melted chocolate, and then gently roll in the sprinkles. Next, dip the narrow end of the cone into the chocolate followed by gently rolling into the sprinkles. Place the cone back onto the parchment, wide opening down.

Finally, insert a pretzel stick into the narrow opening while propping it up by inserting an addition 2 sticks. You may need to add a little chocolate to fill in the gaps and get the sticks to stay in place.

Let set at room temperature about 30-60 minutes, or speed up the setting process by placing in fridge about 10-15 minutes.
