I love a cold virgin drink when it’s hot out and I’m poolside or at the beach! Those fruity drinks are so much fun!
This is seriously the yummiest Piña Colada I’ve ever had!!!
Virgin Piña Colada
- 1 liter cream of coconut AKA crema de coconut find it in the liquor area or near the juices
- 2 liters pineapple juice
- 1 14 oz can of evaporated milk
- Optional garnish: whipped cream cherries, pineapple wedges
Mix the crema de coconut, pineapple juice and evaporated milk in a large pitcher. Fill your blender with ice, and pour mixture over ice til just barely covers ice. Blend til smooth and texture to your liking.
I keep the mixture in my fridge for about 3-5 Days and can make smaller servings while it lasts!
